"Cannot create sort file" error message? |

Several users have received the "Cannot create sort file" error message. This error displays when more than one user attempts to print graphical picking sheets at the same time when attempting to update the sales journal while a graphical picking sheet is being previewed. It also pops up when printing picking sheets after printing a picking sheet alignment pattern. (Say that five times!) This message is appearing on version 3.71. Previously the only solution was to have the users causing the problem exit Picking Sheet printing and have only one user in at a time. Best Software released a program file patch for the problem. If you have access to Best's online support site you can download this patch yourself: Patch SO3109-T.
