Sales Orders Not Appearing? |

If a sales order is created in Sales Order entry using the "Copy From" feature, it will not show in part of inventory. Once the order is created in this manner, go to Inventory Management or Inventory Inquiry and look on the Inquiry tab for Sales Orders. You will not see your order. Best Software has released a patch for this problem on the support section of their web site. This problem is occurring only on version 3.71 of MAS 90/200. If you have access to Best's support section (BOSS), you will want to download patch SO3113-T. If you need help accessing this patch, please call our support department at 800.613.6350. |
