1 On the Accounts Payable Main menu, click Invoice Data Entry. If you are using batch processing the Invoice Batch dialog box appears.
2 Select the Next Number button to access the next available batch and click OK.
3 At the Vendor No. field, select the vendor.
4 At the Invoice No. field, enter the invoice number to put on hold. The "Adjust invoice on file" message dialog box appears.
5 Select the Invoice on Hold check box and click OK. If you are using batches, complete steps 6 through nine. If you are not using batches, the procedure is complete.
6 Click the Printer button. The Invoice Batch Print window opens.
7 Clear the Print All Batches check box.
8 At the Batch No. field, enter the batch number.
9 Click OK. The "Invoice Register file empty" message dialog box appears. Click OK. This process clears out the batch. |
