How to set up pricing by item? |

The Pricing by Item option is a unique price schedule created for a specific item. These price schedules can be based on the customer price level assigned to each customer in the Accounts Receivable Customer master file. The setup procedure is similar to price code setup, except that it is established individually (by item) in Inventory Maintenance. To set up pricing by item
1 On the Inventory Maintenance Main menu, click Inventory Maintenance.
2 On the Inventory Maintenance Main tab, click Pricing. The Item Pricing Maintenance dialog box appears.
3 Select Item Pricing at the Pricing Option field.
4 Enter the price level, pricing method, and discount/markup rate for each quantity break. You can enter price schedule information for any number of customer price levels using the same procedures as price code setup.
5 Click Accept. |
